Charity work

January 2024: walked 60 miles north from Sunderland to Bamburgh in order to raise funds for the Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen. I raised £1000 for the effort.

August 2024: organised a team of four and walked 85 miles north from Sunderland to the Scottish border past Berwick upon tweed on behalf of the Connor Brown Trust for prevention of knife crime. We raised £1100 that was invested in emergency bleed kits and aid cabinets for venues in Sunderland.

Feb-March 2025: organised a team and walked 80 miles from Sunderland to York, via the North York Moors, on behalf of Sunderland’s Kayll Road Community Library Hub (operated by Pallion Action group). The fundraiser was intended to fix a ceiling which had collapsed and put the venue out of usage, raising £600 in the process.

September 2025: Organised a 75 mile group hike from the City of Durham to Bamburgh in Northumberland on behalf of the Bradley Lowery Foundation, stopping in Sunderland, Ashington and Alnmouth along the way. The fundraiser raised £1200.
